Our agents are licensed real estate professionals with LIME Realty, 5909 NW Expressway, Suite A200, Warr Acres, OK 73132. Using this website or contacting us does not by itself create an agency or client relationship. A brokerage relationship begins only when you sign a written agreement with us, as Oklahoma law requires.

Text messaging terms

• Program: 7z Realty Team text messages, sent by 7Z Real Estate LLC. Messages may come from a team number or from the number of the individual 7z agent helping you.
• How you opt in: by checking the optional text-message consent box on our website forms. The box is unchecked by default.
• What you will receive: customer care messages about your inquiry: replies to your questions, appointment and showing reminders, and transaction updates. We do not send marketing or promotional texts through this program without your separate consent.
• Frequency: message frequency varies based on your inquiry and needs.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
• Opt out: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out. To rejoin, opt in again through one of our forms.
