This website is operated by 7Z Real Estate LLC, doing business as the 7z Realty Team (“7z,” “we,” “us”). Our agents are licensed real estate professionals with LIME Realty. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, our forms and our text messaging program, how we use it, and the choices you have.

- Property addresses you enter, such as for a home value estimate
- Your timeframe, interests and anything you write in a message to us
- Your choices about receiving text messages

- Pages you visit, how you arrived at our site, and how you use it

Information from service providers
When you request a home value estimate, our valuation provider (BuySide) looks up public and market data about the address you enter and may share the result and your request with us.
How we use your information
- To respond to your questions and requests
- To provide real estate services, including showings, home valuations, market analyses and transaction support
- To send the emails and text messages you have agreed to receive about your inquiry
- To connect you with the right agent on our team
- To understand how people use our website and improve it
- To measure and improve our advertising
- To meet our legal, regulatory and brokerage obligations
Text messaging
Our forms include an optional, unchecked text-message consent box. If you check it, you agree to receive text messages from 7Z Real Estate LLC (7z Realty Team) about your inquiry. Messages may come from a team number or from the number of the individual 7z agent helping you.
- What we send: replies to your inquiries and questions, appointment and showing reminders, and updates about your transaction.
- What we don’t send: we do not send marketing or promotional text messages through this opt-in. If we ever want to send you that kind of message, we will ask for your separate consent first.
- Frequency: message frequency varies based on your inquiry and needs.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We will send one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed.
- Help: reply HELP for help, or contact us at [email protected] or (405) 618-3515.
- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of submitting a form.
If you do not check the text-message consent box, you will not receive automated text messages from us. Providing your phone number and submitting a form asks us to contact you about your inquiry by phone call or email. Replying STOP ends text messages only.
How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information, and we never share it with any outside party for that party’s own marketing. We share information only in these limited situations:
- Within our team. Members of the 7z Realty Team can see your information so we can help you.
- Our brokerage. LIME Realty, the brokerage our agents are licensed under, may access transaction records as required by Oklahoma real estate law.
- Transaction partners, case by case. When it is necessary to move your real estate transaction forward, such as referring you to a lender, title company, inspector or other vendor, we share only what that partner needs to do that work.
- Service providers. Companies that run tools for us, including our CRM and messaging platform (GoHighLevel), our home valuation provider (BuySide), and analytics and advertising services (Google and Meta), process information on our behalf under their own privacy terms.
- Legal reasons. When required by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our clients, our team or others.
The text-messaging exclusion above applies to all of these situations.
Cookies and tracking
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies, including:
- Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use our site
- Google Ads, to measure and improve our ads on Google
- Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram), to measure and improve our ads on Meta platforms
These tools may collect information about your visit and your activity on other websites to show you relevant ads. You can control them by:
- Changing your browser settings to block or delete cookies
- Installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on
- Adjusting your Google ad settings and your Meta ad preferences
Your choices
- Texts: reply STOP to any message.
- Emails: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- Access, correction or deletion: email [email protected] to see the information we have about you, correct it, or have any and all of it removed. We will respond within a reasonable time. We may keep records we are legally required to retain, such as transaction files.
Retention and security
We keep your information for as long as we are working with you and as long as needed for our legitimate business purposes and legal obligations, including real estate record-keeping requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
This website is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Changes that affect how we use text-messaging consent will not apply to consent you gave before the change without your agreement.
