The 7z Realty Team at LIME Realty is officially here. We've been building it behind the scenes for a while, and this blog is where we'll share what we're seeing in the Oklahoma City metro market, practical advice for buyers and sellers, and the community work that matters to us. For our first post, we want to start with the basics: who we are and why we did this.
What "7z" means
Every zip code in Oklahoma starts with a 7. That's the "7." The "z" stands for zip.
We picked the name because it says exactly where our hearts are. We live here, we raise our families here, and we work here, from Yukon and Mustang to Edmond, Norman, The Village, Bethany and across Oklahoma City. When you work with us, you're working with neighbors who know these streets because they're our streets too.
Why we started a team
Let's be honest: real estate agents don't always have the best reputation. Plenty of people have a story about an agent who disappeared after the contract was signed, or who treated their home like just another number.
We wanted to be the opposite of that. The 7z Realty Team exists to combine our strengths so every client gets more than any one of us could give alone: more experience, more availability, more market knowledge and more people in your corner. We believe a real estate business can be a force for good, for the families we serve and for the communities we all share. That's what we mean when we say we're building stronger communities through homeownership.
Who we are
Jon Stefanick, Team Lead. Before real estate, Jon spent years as a teacher, from middle and high school band director to elementary music teacher, and he holds three master's degrees. He still teaches as Director of Education at LIME Realty and co-founder of The New School of Real Estate, where he trains agents across Oklahoma. Since getting licensed in 2022, he has helped about 35 families buy or sell, several of them more than once. He grew up in Yukon and lives there today.
Cheyanne Hill. Cheyanne is Jon's right hand and part of the foundation this team was built on. She's a full-time agent with a heart for her community: she founded Back-to-School Blessings, which provides free school supplies to students in need. Meagan Cole, REALTOR®. Meagan's family moved every few years when she was growing up, and in every new house her job was finding the perfect spot for the Christmas tree. She took the long way into real estate: a broadcast journalism degree, a few years as a sports journalist, then fourteen years teaching high school English and coaching volleyball and theatre. In 2018, in the middle of the Oklahoma teacher walkout, she finally got her license. She's at her best with first-time buyers, because she remembers exactly how confusing that first purchase feels, and she'll always give it to you straight. Her advice for nervous buyers: fall in love with the house, date the interest rate.
Giving back is part of the job
For us, community involvement isn't a side project. It's one of the pillars the team is built on. Every closing is a chance to invest back into the places our clients call home.

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Norman, which connects kids with mentors who help them reach their potential.
Back-to-School Blessings, which makes sure students start the school year with the supplies they need.
