Cheyanne has lived in Blanchard practically her whole life. She knows where to sit for the best view of the homecoming parade, which grocery store is worth the trip, and where to buy a gift locally instead of online. That kind of knowledge is hard to fake, and it’s a big part of why people trust her with the biggest purchase of their lives.

She’ll be the first to tell you real estate wasn’t a lifelong plan. After high school and a semester of college, she wasn’t sure what she wanted to do with her life. She got her license in 2021, and it turned out to be the answer. Since then she’s helped around 40 families buy and sell, and today she co-leads the 7z Realty Team.

First-time and young buyers are her people. She and her husband Travis bought their first home together, so she knows exactly how big that step feels. The closing she’s proudest of was for one of her childhood best friends, who bought a house for $135,000 that appraised at $180,000. What clients thank her for most is her patience. She’ll give you her honest opinion, then trust you to make the call.

She’s just as honest with sellers. Price a home wrong and this market won’t do you any favors, and sometimes the right advice is that now isn’t the time to sell. She’s also choosy about who she works with, on purpose. She isn’t trying to be everyone’s Realtor. Working with people who are a good fit lets her give every client the time, energy and attention they deserve.

Outside of real estate, Cheyanne founded Back-to-School Blessings, which gives free school supplies to students who need them, and she still serves as its president. She coaches little league softball and is usually in the middle of a project around the house. Home is her husband Travis and their two dogs, Nash and Piper.
